July 30th 2015 Release Notes: Chat Portal shortcut display, Desk.com Knowledebase search

Hello,

For today we have the following changes:

  • The Chat Portal now shows both the shortcut command and message the auto-complete list
  • release-notes-rich-shortcuts

 

  • Improved the accuracy of Desk.com knowledgebase searches when using multiple keywords
  • Addressed a widget name encoding issue in the Chat Portal chat monitor
  • Fixed an issue with the appearance of the Intelligent Pre-Chat search button on some sites
  • Added better detection of visitors using Microsoft Windows 10
