January 7th 2014 Release Notes: Salesforce Case comments

Hello all,

We have couple of small improvements today:

  • We split long chat transcripts in multiple Comments so that no information is missing in Cases.
  • Fixed a bug on the new proactive chat engine regarding time accuracy of timer based messages. If you have not migrated to the new proactive chat engine yet, check out your dashboard “Settings > Proactive chat” now.
