Week of May 2nd Release Notes: OneNote Copy & Paste Fix


Over the past week we’ve made the following changes:

  • Fixed an issue where pasting text from Microsoft OneNote into the Chat Portal would cause the image preview dialog to appear.
  • Fixed an issue where “Hide Email Us When agents online” setting is not working for Mobile Optimized
  • Fixed an issue to make sure the prompted proactive message is sent to the agent for Mobile Optimized
  • Fixed an issue where vietnamese characters were not being shown correctly in some integrations.
  • Fixed an issue where exporting CSV analytics data on widgets with tags and a larger number of agents could cause an error.
